🛡️ Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Red Maple Computers.

We have a 30-day return policy (except for some products), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is verified as defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

The seller reserves the right to inspect and test all returned items prior to approving a replacement, repair, or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 Hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Restocking fees A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items based on the original purchase price.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Any applicable shipping label fees and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@maplecomputers.com.
